Competitive Bidding Feedback Form


AAHomecare is encouraging providers who have problems or complaints related to Round One of the competitive bidding program to contact the Association with information about the specifics of those issues through the submission form below. Your comments will allow AAHomecare to identify patterns of CMS mishandling or abuse of the competitive bidding and bid evaluation processes which have adversely affected Round One supplier selection or pricing. Patterns of problems will be conveyed to CMS and members of Congress. AAHomecare will continue to keep the HME industry informed of the progress on these issues.
