Advisory Councils provide the means through which members with common interests in a homecare sector can influence the Association's programs, advocacy, communications, and education. By participating in AAHomecare’s Advisory Councils, Association members:

  • Shape Association policy on a wide range of issues;

  • Share and promote best practices in the home medical equipment sector;

  • Gain valuable insights as to how industry peers are facing business challenges;

  • Take a leadership role on key legislative and regulatory initiatives; and,

  • Help maintain and improve the quality of care, products, and services provided to the elderly, people with disabilities, caregivers, and individuals dealing with short-term or chronic medical conditions.

Most Councils are open to all AAHomecare members. Click on the individual Council page links to the left to learn more about taking a leadership role in your Association.
