Regulatory Council

The mission of AAHomecare's Regulatory Council is to monitor, review, and develop comments on regulatory policies that impact the HME community. Recent areas of focus include:

  • Medicare audits

  • Face-to-face requirements

  • Written order requirements

  • Competitive bidding

  • PECOS physician enrollment
