AAHomecare Insider: A New Look and a New Name

AAHomecare continues to adapt, adjust, and retool to help our members meet the challenges of an evolving business and regulatory environment for HME.  Our flexibility and willingness to adopt new approaches has paid strong dividends, especially over the past three years.  In that time-frame, we’ve seen great returns on our investment in payer relations, helped secure significant relief for rural and non-bid area suppliers, successfully advocated for CRT policy wins, and convinced CMS to adopt important reforms to the bidding program.

As we’ve previously reported, we’re also retooling our membership recruitment efforts and refreshing AAHomecare’s branding and messaging, so we can bring even more companies and leaders together to chart a better future for our companies and our patients.  And a new look and name for our flagship newsletter – AAHomecare Insider, which replaces Wednesday in Washington – is the latest example of these efforts.

The new look incorporates elements from our visual design efforts that include our new logo, refreshed website, and even our booth at Medtrade.  The new name reinforces the evolving mission of AAHomecare as more than just “your voice in Washington” and underscores the increasing importance of working with the full spectrum of payers beyond Medicare.

The new format, with headlines, summaries, and links to full articles, is designed to make it easier for you to find and focus on the information that matters to you – without endless scrolling.

You’ll see more examples of our new look in our alerts and in another new communications vehicle for our Payer Relations efforts, coming soon!
